Breakfast was excellent, and it was vey clean
A better quality mattress would have been great

Perfect location close to restaurants and a hop to the beach, but also situated in a peaceful part of the Esplanade. Wayne and Jane are lovely, polite and very welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and I could have easily eaten double portions of the cooked breakfast! I will definitely return and have no hesitation in recommending it for an overnight stay or a week-end break. I was fortunate enough to have a room with a sea view very relaxing listening to the sound of the waves.
If anything the walls were a little thin, I was fortunate to have quiet guests in the other rooms but it could be noisy if others weren't considerate.

The staff were absolutely fantastic, so friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way especially with breakfast. I was leaving early so they cooked an early breakfast for me. The home made bread and jams were brilliant. Going to sleep with the sound of waves was great. Next time I am in Weymouth I will be staying again.

Very welcoming and friendly staff and able to answer my questions about local area. Lovely bedrrom with seaview.
Disappointingly shabbly outside (poor paintwork and tacky flags/bunting) compared to very nice, comfortable inside.
-
Great location, very clean and comfortable, good breakfast, owners friendly and helpful.
Parking could be a problem in high season although we were lucky and found parking nearby.

Perfect location,very friendly &comfortable
-
Excellent location, very very good breakfast, very nice host, and the cleanliness was excellent.
-
Very clean establishment very friendly and a good breakfast to set you up for the day, would stay there again
we had had a lovely veiw of the sea but the room was a little compact

The Spindrift location is perfect for a ocean views and beachwalks. It's literally steps away from the beach. I could hear the gentle surf through my open window. The host was very accomodating, friendly, and welcoming - and he makes a fabulous fresh English breakfast. My room was small but comforable, fresh and updated. It was tidied everyday during my five day stay. I have tried several accomodations in Weymouth over the years on business trips from America to my uk home office, and the Spindrift Guest House is my favorite.

The service was very good, our host was most attentive, the little touches at breakfast, ie homemade bread and jams, lovely. We wouldnt hesitate in staying again, only request a seaview room as the rooms at the back can be a bit noisey with the traffic but that would apply to all the guest houses/hotels in weymouth, had a great time. Thanks Wayne.

Great location, beach directly in front of hotel, great views from room, Wayne and Jane were excellent hosts, Breakfast was gorgeous best I've had in most places I've ever stayed.
Room was quite small but did the job, views made up for it.

Excellent on all counts, very polite staff

The staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The room was a good size and was vey clean. The location was brilliant, 15 minute walk from the ferry terminal and 5 minutes from the main town. Overall we had an excellent weekend at the Spindrift.

Extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Breakfast was also excellent, lovely 'homemade' touches with the bread and Jam!
